
Protein Balls are the perfect, healthy snacks full of the right combination of protein, carbs and fats. Try this recipe to make your own delicious snack!
Ingredients
Makes 8 Protein Balls
- 3 Tbsp. USANA Whey Protein Booster
- 3 Tbsp. USANA Nutrimeal, Dutch Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter (no added sugar or salt)
- 1 Tsp. Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup. Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Method
- Combine USANA Whey Protein Booster, USANA Nutrimeal Dutch Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Coconut Oil in a food processor until thoroughly mixed.
- If the batter is too dry, add more water or almond milk, about a 1/4 teaspoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Roll the dough into bite-size balls and then roll each ball in shredded coconut. Place in the refrigerator to allow balls to set.
