Makes 2 protein pancakes

Option: can be made without eggs by increasing quantity of almond milk


Combine USANA Whey Protein Booster and your selection of USANA food in a bowl with egg whites, mix together. Slowly pour unsweetened almond milk and mix to create a pancake batter consistency. Smear a fry pan with coconut oil and warm on low–medium heat. Cook pancake mixture until slight bubbles form and flip with a spatula. Once cooked add your choice of healthy toppings such as Greek yoghurt, granola, chia seeds and blueberries!

    Why is there no place where you say how much product is in each packet of whey etc? I have looked at numerous pages and can’t find the sizes of packets anywhere.

      USANA’s Whey Protein packets have a net weight of 336 grams and contain approximately 28 serves (12 grams per serve).
