This Lime Shake from Sanoviv not only tastes amazing, is so simple, you can’t mess it up, but it’s also great for overall health thanks to its nutritious ingredients:

  • Avocados— naturally nutrient-dense, containing nearly 20 vitamins and minerals!
  • Protein— great to refuel and build muscles.
  • Almond milk—naturally rich in vitamin E and a great alternative to dairy milk

USANA Lime Pudding Protein Shake

Servings: 2


  • 1 cup fresh almond milk or coconut milk
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1 whole lime, peeled and seeded
  • 1 serving protein powder (plant, rice, pea, whey)
  • Raw honey to taste (or sweetener of your choice)
  • Pinch of unrefined sea salt
  • 4–8 ice cubes

How to Make the Shake

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until rich and smooth, and pudding-like.
