With so many people in the USANA community being passionate about health and wellness, we had some tough competition for USANA’s Trainer of the Year 2018. After searching far and wide, USANA and The Dr. Oz Show were thrilled to announce the winner of the global competition as Cookie Miller and Amber Bowman, but we’re extremely proud to announce, first place for Australia is Coach Rocky Ng!

Who is Rocky?

Rocky is a successful personal trainer with a thriving business. He’s a wealth of knowledge in the areas of fitness, wellness, nutrition and lifestyle change. He gives people the inspiration, motivation and resources they need to take back control of their lives and know that it’s never too late to create the life of their dreams.

Not only is he a Professional Personal Trainer, but he has many achievements, including coming 4th place for IFBB Australia Male 70kg competition in 2011, being a group fitness instructor, and writing for a Health and Fitness column.

As many of us do, Rocky resonates with Dr. Wentz’ vision to change the world for the better, he said, “I think this has brought the USANA family together”. Like most wellness entrepreneurs, he dreams big and wants to inspire and empower others to be the best versions of themselves.

Are You A Winner Too?

Even if you don’t hold the title of ‘USANA Trainer of the Year’, if you’re repping a healthy lifestyle, you’re definitely winning in our eyes. Remember to use the #liveUSANA hashtag on social media and to tag us so we see your healthy lifestyle stories!
