Tracey Hannah is a downhill BMX racer, a 9 x Australian National Champion, a 5 x World Championship Medals holder and I am happy to announce also our newest sponsored Team USANA athlete.

Tracey has had to sacrifice a lot to get to the position that she is in now, nothing has been handed to her. She knows exactly what she wants and she knows the hard years it takes to get there. She believes it’s not going to last forever only a time in her life and she wants to give it her best shot before it’s too late. This to her is her number one motivation.

At only 14 years of age Tracey raced her first national titles in elite and came home with a silver medal. Every year after for seven years she was the Australian National Champion. From there she started racing overseas her results were; First in the NORBA Series overall, A Junior World Championship, third in a World Cup overall, third in Elite World Championships, and has won a World Cup Round. she hasn’t raced for a couple of years, the reason it’s been so long is that it is an expensive sport and had financial difficulty keeping up with the demand. She is now working and can now afford to race more.

In 2012 her best places were 1st and 2nd out of 7 rounds of the World Cup Series, she finished 4th Overall. During practice at the 6th round she crashed and was helicoptered out to the nearest hospital. she broke her femur, collarbone, bruised a lung and had a hematoma.

Her first race back since her injury was 7 months later in February 2013. This was the Australian National Championships and took out the win! The 2013 World Cup season was a difficult one as she was getting over the biggest injury she’d ever had and then crashing out at 2 separate times and breaking each of her collarbones.

Sporting Achievements:

2016
Australian National Champion
3rd World Championships
3rd Overall world cup series

2015
Australian National Champion
3rd World Championships
4th Overall world cup series

With strong enthusiasm Tracey believes USANA can help her conquer Down Hill BMX racing for many years to come. “I like the fact that it’s easy to take, everything is clearly written on the bottles so that you know exactly what your taking and I find USANA as a company very honest and approachable which is important as a professional athlete” said Tracey. We wish Tracey the best of luck for her future endeavours and once again want to give her a very warm welcome to Team USANA!
