The general recommendation for MagneCal D is for adults. Teens over the age of 12 can also take the products. The following guideline may be used for children under the age of 12, or as directed by the health care professionals.   • Children 1 – 6 years: Not recommended
  • Children 7 – 10 years: 1 tablet/day MagneCal D
  • Children 11 – 12 years: 1-2 tablets/day MagneCal D
